Big B's has always been our place for cars, trucks, and our boat. They are honest, dependable and efficient. A few days ago, I was having trouble getting my vehicle fixed from a local dealer that was under warranty. Big B's took the time to inspect and listen to my vehicle, and called a dealer for me in Erie. My car is now fixed, the dealer in Erie was great, and I am so grateful! Big B's goes above and beyond! Best service I have ever had! I explained my situation to them, and without hesitation, thyy took my truck right in, fixed it, and had it back home the same day! Incredible! I will be taking my service to them from now on.
